Owner's story
Manuel Cdebaca Jr. — founder, and still on the jobsite.
Manuel Cdebaca Jr. was born and raised in New Mexico. He started learning the trade young, working alongside his father — carrying material, tearing off roofs, and being told to do it right the second time when it wasn't right the first.
That early hands-on work covered more than roofing systems. It included remodels, block walls, and full renovations — the kind of range that teaches you how a building actually goes together, and what happens later when a detail gets skipped.
In August 2018, Manuel founded Konstrukt Construction to run jobs the way he thought they should be run: clear communication, documented conditions, organized sites, and answers you don't have to chase.
Today Konstrukt runs as a full-service general contractor: commercial build-outs and tenant improvements, renovations, repairs and restorations, work inside occupied and federal facilities, and roofing and multi-phase projects across New Mexico. Manuel still reads the scopes, still walks the roofs, and still answers the phone — which is exactly why the company keeps working for the same owners and property managers year after year.

Daily communication, a controlled site, and clean-up at the end of every workday.
