Commercial flat roof in Albuquerque with the Sandia Mountains glowing at sunset

Commercial Roofing

Commercial roofing in Albuquerque that works around your operation.

Low-slope and TPO systems, repairs, and maintenance for occupied buildings — sequenced so tenants, customers, and staff keep moving.

Overview

Occupied buildings need a different kind of contractor.

On a commercial roof, the hard part usually isn't the membrane. It's access, staging, tenant notification, protecting what's below, and keeping the building watertight at the end of every single day.

We plan the job that way from the start: phase boundaries, tie-in details, delivery and crane windows, and a daily dry-in plan. Property managers get scheduled updates and photo documentation they can forward to ownership.

We work across the systems commercial buildings actually use here: 60-mil TPO single-ply, modified bitumen, other low-slope assemblies, metal and standing seam, tile and pitched sections, and coating or restoration programs — including reroofs, tear-offs, flashing, penetrations, and drainage. Tar-and-gravel (built-up gravel) roofing is the one system we don't install or replace; if you have one, we'll quote a replacement system instead.

Whether it's a single retail building or a multi-building portfolio, the scope, sequencing, and pricing are written down before anyone gets on the roof.
