Roofing technician sealing a flashing detail during a repair

Repairs & Maintenance

Catch it early, and it stays a repair.

Leak investigation, roof maintenance programs, scheduled site visits, and the minor construction repairs that keep a building tight.

Overview

Maintenance is the cheapest work you'll ever buy.

Almost every expensive roof failure we see started as something small: a lifted seam, a cracked boot, a blocked drain. Left alone through one monsoon season, that becomes saturated insulation, damaged ceilings, and a replacement years ahead of schedule.

A maintenance program puts eyes on the roof on a set schedule. We clear drainage, check details and penetrations, address minor issues on the spot, and report anything larger with photos before it turns into an emergency.

When a leak is already active, we investigate the actual source rather than sealing the nearest suspicious spot — and we can dry-in temporarily to stop the damage while a permanent repair is scoped.
